On a chilly morning Chris B met up with Steve H at South Mimms for a warming coffee before taking the A1 for the last bike show at The East of England Showground. Older bikers have been coming to this event previously simply known as The BMF - now The MCN Devitt Festival of Motorcycling for many years. Next year I believe the event will be in Lincolnshire as the ground will be redeveloped for housing. At the impressive club stand they were greeted by Erica, Graham and the rest of the HOC team. Tony and Zoe joined them as they sampled Jenny's cakes. The ice cream van was doing brisk business. All in all, fun day out with the entertaining displays and many stands to browse. Also, the end of an era.
