Sunday 5th Feb dawned cold and crisp just as predicted.
Ten from West London met up at Ockham Bites for a breakfast run to Haslemere along roads still bleached white – the scars of previous weeks’ salt spreading.
Blue skies at Ockham Bites Sean was on a KTM and Stuart on a Royal Enfield Meteor
The posse of bikes looked really impressive in my mirror as we swept along through the scenic Surrey and Sussex landscape.
It was good to be joined by Stuart on his Royal Enfield Meteor, Sean on his KTM and Simon on the VF750. Just the one (obligatory) U turn as my Sat Nav suddenly went to minimum image size!

Ready for 'Full English' and a mug of tea!
On arrival at The Sweet Pea Cafe, pre-ordered breakfasts soon appeared.

Amir, the Cafe boss, was so welcoming, even presenting Michael K with a birthday cake ‘on the house’ – Jude supplied the candle.
