This was my second year and my ticket cost was just £89 with a loyalty discount for returning from 2022. To ride your own bike on the excellent off road trails a small charge of £15 covered the whole weekend. This year I travelled with my good mate Rob from Middlesboro, and we were in for a great time.

By the way, the full price ticket will be £159 for 2024.

I do have some previous  experience riding off road from my younger years, tearing around Salisbury Plain on a RM100 and also I luckily won a trip to Bulgaria a few years ago to do some enduro riding.

For some who I meet this time, it was their first off-road experience there are marshalls all round the course and if you struggle they are happy to assist even to the extent of recovering you and your bike.

Again  I took my 2005 Triumph tiger 955i. But having struggled a little last year due to my tyre choice. So this year, I went with 50/50 bridgestone AX41 and managed really well . I only came off once haha.

There is an opportunity to try new manufacturer's bikes both on road and trail riding. Loads of retail stands from clothing to bike accessories and info on trips aboard. There is an abundance of food stands and loads of bars on site. 

I must also say the entertainment was superb. Talks throughout the day from motovloggers, inspirational riders, youtubers, and motorcycle greats. And also assorted of tribute acts on the ABR stage from 1300-2300. There is also a film festival and photo exhibition in the great hall.

Highly recommend you are booked in for 2024!
